1. Application
It¡¯s responsible for offering the charge and discharge control, capacity ***ection through the 28V DC power supply and the 115V, 400Hz single phase AC power supply; meanwhile, providing alarm for the low battery capacity and overheating. The 28V onboard DC power supply is priority.

6) Input Power/Output power supply state: When the battery controller is working, with the function of the 28V CD power supply input is priority. When the controller is failure, to guarantee there is no damage to the load.
7) Charging Output: When there is 28V power supply onboard, the charging output with 15A constant current to charge the battery, the final maximum charging output voltage is 30.8V. After the batteries run into the constant current state, the output voltage will change along with the voltage of batteries. When there is no 28VDC input, use the 115V AC power supply with machine to output 28.5V DC voltage, and output current 10A, if the load current is over 10A, the output DC voltage will drop along with the batteries voltage. The output with the function of over voltage protection (32V) and current-limiting (the max current-limiting value of controller is 15A).
8) The ground battery over discharge protection function: When the helicopter is on the ground, the left capacity of battery is less than 35% of the rated capacity, the battery power supply control will give an open circuit signal and disconnect the contactor of battery power supply. In any other situation, the battery power supply control will give a 28V DC signal. When the battery controller failure is ***ected, the controller will switch to 28V onboard power supply automatically.
